How the numbers are worked out

The same arithmetic as the Zerqano restock plan. A missing input shows “—” with the reason; nothing is filled in.

Days of cover: (On hand + inbound) ÷ average units sold per day over the last 28 days of your file. A day with no sale counts as zero.
When to order: Order now when cover is shorter than the supplier lead time; order this week when it is shorter than lead time plus a 7-day review.
How many: Enough to reach lead time plus 7 days of sales, plus safety stock for a 95% service level, minus what you have and have on order.
Overstock: Stock above that order-up-to level, at your unit cost.
