Why it exists
The evidence for a reorder lives in five places.
Zerqano started with a simple frustration: inventory decisions were buried in spreadsheets, pricing reviews lived in email threads, and supplier invoices sat in filing cabinets.
Before anyone can decide what to buy, they gather sales, stock, open orders, supplier lead times and invoices from the files and systems the team already uses.
That gathering happens again every morning, by hand. Zerqano does it overnight, writes the decision it would make with the reason beside it, and leaves the final call to the person accountable for it.
How we build it
Four rules the product keeps.

A person approves
Zerqano drafts orders, prices and document checks. Nothing is sent to a supplier until someone on your team sends it, and by default nothing changes in your records until someone approves it.

Every number has a source
A figure on a Zerqano screen comes from your data or a calculation over it. When an input is missing, the screen shows a dash and what to add, never a made-up zero.

Start from a file you already have
A CSV or Excel export of sales and stock is enough to begin. Connecting other systems can come later.

Sample data says so
Our demo store, Harbor & Trail Outfitters, is fictional. Wherever it appears, on this site or in a workspace, it is labelled as sample data.

What does Zerqano do?
Every night Zerqano reads what sold, what is left in stock and what is on the way, then drafts the next day’s decisions: what to reorder and how much, which prices slipped, and which supplier invoices do not add up. In the morning they wait on one Approvals screen with the reason for each.
Who is it for?
Retailers and wholesale distributors who reorder from spreadsheets today. The design partner programme is aimed at catalogs of 300 to 15,000 products (SKUs); the free plan covers up to 150 SKUs, and the largest plan goes to 50,000.
Does Zerqano place orders on its own?
No. It writes draft purchase orders, price changes and document checks. Each one waits for a person to approve, reject or edit it, and the decision is recorded.
Who is behind Zerqano?
Zerqano LLC, a company registered in Illinois and based in Chicago. It is the party you contract with.
Do you have customers we can talk to?
Not publicly yet. We do not publish customer names, logos, quotes or results until a customer has approved them. The customers page explains the design partner programme instead.
Where do the numbers on this website come from?
Screens and figures in our stories come from Harbor & Trail Outfitters, a fictional outdoor-gear store in Zerqano’s demo files. They show how the product works, not a customer’s results.
