Where should I start?
Open the sample plan. It shows the Restock plan for a fictional store and needs no account. Then read the guide for the engine you care about most.
Is there documentation for people already using Zerqano?
Yes, inside the product. Sign in and open Help for the product documentation, step-by-step runbooks for new users, and a form to raise a support ticket. It is not published on the public site.
Are the numbers in these guides real results?
No. Screens and figures in the guides come from Harbor & Trail Outfitters, a fictional store in Zerqano’s demo files, and are labelled sample data. They show how the product works, not what a customer achieved.
Can I try Zerqano on my own data without signing up?
Yes. X-ray your own file reads a sales export and a stock count in your browser, with no account. To keep a plan and approve orders, start free.
What file do I need?
A CSV or Excel export of sales and stock is enough to start. The integrations page lists the other sources you can add later.
Where are prices and plan limits?
On the pricing page. Each plan lists its SKU and user limits; the free plan needs no card.
Do you publish case studies?
Not yet. We publish a customer’s name or results only after they approve it. The customers page explains who Zerqano is for and the design partner programme.
