    Upload invoices, packing slips, purchase orders and price sheets as PDF, PNG, JPEG, WebP, CSV or TXT, up to 10 MB each. They are read, checked and reviewed before anything is booked.

How to connect

Four steps on the Connections page.

  1. Open Connections and choose a presetCreate connection, then pick Shopify, QuickBooks Online, SAP ERP, Agility SCM, Generic REST API or Signed Push API. For a file, use Import a file.
  2. Sign in and testEnter the store address or base URL and the sign-in details. Test checks the sign-in; Preview shows a sample of what will come in.
  3. Check the field matchingAnalyze mapping matches the source’s fields to Zerqano’s. Choose ready-made rules only, or rules first and AI for the rest, then save the mapping.
  4. SyncPress Sync now. Each sync updates your products, orders and stock, then refreshes the restock plan. Syncs and imports lists every run.

An organization admin sets up and syncs connections. The sample workspace comes with two sample connections, so you can look around before connecting your own.

Not built

What is not on the list, and what to do instead.

  • NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Square, BigCommerce, Lightspeed, WooCommerce, Xero, Amazon and ShipStation have no built-in connection. Use a file export, or the Generic REST API if the system has a JSON API.
  • Google Sheets and SFTP: export a CSV instead.
  • Webhooks from other systems: use the signed push API.
  • Writing back: no connection changes a record in your store, ERP or accounting system.

Questions

Questions before connecting data.

Which systems can I connect today?

Shopify, QuickBooks Online, SAP ERP, Agility SCM and any JSON REST API, plus a signed push API for systems that send data, and CSV, Excel or JSON file import. QuickBooks Online, SAP ERP and Agility SCM are starter presets: ready-made settings you can adjust for your account.

How often does data sync?

When you press Sync now on the Connections page; Shopify picks up what changed since the last sync. Scheduled syncs (every 15 minutes, hourly, every 6 or 12 hours, or daily) are built but not switched on yet. Pushed data arrives whenever your system sends it, and a file each time you upload.

Do I need a connection to start?

No. A CSV or Excel export of products, stock and sales is enough to see a restock plan, and the starter files on the Try page show the columns. You can also try the Stockout X-ray on a file without an account.

Does Zerqano write anything back to my store or ERP?

No. Every connection reads data in. Approved purchase orders are drafts inside Zerqano, and price recommendations are not pushed to your store.

What happens when a column does not match?

Analyze mapping shows how each source field maps to Zerqano’s. You can keep to ready-made rules, or let AI suggest a match for the fields the rules miss, and review the mapping before you save it.

What happens to bad rows?

Rows that cannot be read are set aside rather than imported with guessed values, and a sync stops if more than 5% of its rows are rejected, so a broken feed does not overwrite good data. Each run is listed under Syncs and imports.

How are connection passwords and keys kept?

Saved secrets are masked on screen after you enter them, and a push integration key is shown only once, when it is created; you can rotate or revoke it. The security page covers storage and encryption.

Who can set up a connection?

An organization admin creates, tests and syncs connections and saves mappings. Other members can see the connections and their sync history.

My system is not on the list. What now?

Export a CSV or Excel file from it, or connect it through the Generic REST API if it has a JSON API. If it can send data, use the signed push API. We do not list a system as supported until there is a connection for it.
