1. What this list is

#

A subprocessor is a company Zerqano uses to run the service that may receive customer data. This page lists the ones that receive customer data in production. Our code can support other services, but they are off unless listed here. This page does not list the systems you choose to connect to Zerqano yourself (section 3).

This list is part of the data processing addendum. Organization owners are told before we add a subprocessor (section 4).

3. Systems you connect

#

When you connect a system of your own, such as Shopify, QuickBooks Online, SAP, Agility, another REST API, a webhook of yours, or a Telegram or Discord channel for alerts, Zerqano sends and receives data with that system on your instruction. Those companies work for you, under your agreement with them, and are not Zerqano’s subprocessors.

4. Changes to this list

#

We update this page before a new subprocessor starts to receive customer data. Organization owners are told by email at least 30 days ahead and can object. Questions: privacy@zerqano.com.
